To begin your career as an actuary, you must pass the exams. Most companies require a bachelor's degree and at least one to two exams for entry level positions. It is common for aspiring actuaries to have completed two or three exams before graduating college and it is highly recommended to not go over 3 exams to avoid being overqualified for an entry level position.
